Please have your intake paperwork printed and completed before the first visit. If possible, please gather and email any related diagnostics (X-rays, MRIs, etc.) and veterinary records prior to the appointment. This will ensure Dr. Katie can review any pertinent health history in advance.

The Exam:

Dr. Katie will examine you and/or your animal from head to toe/hoof. She will be looking for subluxations in the spine (please see Animal Chiropractic).

From time-to-time, Dr. Katie comes across some cases that may be outside the scope of chiropractic, and she will refer out accordingly, if warranted.

The Adjustment:

If subluxation is present, and no contraindications to chiropractic care are found, the next step is the adjustment. This is a gentle thrust that restores normal motion to the spine and other joints. Humans and animals alike typically enjoy their adjustments and are more relaxed afterward. Post-adjustment care instructions will be given, if needed.
